Foreign nationals getting health care paid for in home countries by us?

A loophole is allowing people who have never paid tax in Britain to bill the NHS for healthcare in their own countries, it seems.

Foreign nationals who claim they are living in the UK are obtaining free European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC) to charge the UK for treatment in their home countries, it appears.

How can this government claim to be sticking up for this country when it allows this to go on?

What checks are being made on the issue of the EHIC documents. I would have thought a passport and a utility bill showing where someone lives would quickly reduce this abuse for all but the most determined.

It’s the job of the UK government to know where and how tax payers’ money is being spent, and they either did know about this crazy anomaly or they should have.

It is time to leave the EU.
