Road closures are so frustrating!! Recently Stradishall has been particularly hard hit by water leaks.

They affect the villagers but also those who commute through Stradishall from other villages and Clare on their way to Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds. The demand for CarAid in Clare is rocketing. But will there be enough volunteer drivers?
The demand for CarAid in Clare and the surrounding area has exploded recently. In February this year 62 trips were made taking people to and from medical appointments.
