Mark Lloyd has been blessed with a little girl. As is the way these days, he has been on paternity leave learning all about the fun of being a dad, and less sleep, and ironing and ………..

His role was looked after admirably by one of the executive directors but I confess he is a hard act to follow. It is rare to find someone with such understated strength, insight and exceptional management abilities.

It has felt great having him back full time this week.
