A shorter than usual Cabinet today. I was pleased that Cabinet supported the actions we took to ensure the College of West Anglia engineering block project remained on track. Such a valuable educational facility, in one of our most deprived areas of the County, is essential to provide the skills needed for employment as well as reinforcing our commitment to the area.

It was good that I was able to personally get involved to unblock a significant problem that threatened the project.
