Today, I had a brilliant visit to this vibrant centre supporting a mix of social enterprise, charities, voluntary groups and micro commercial enterprises.

The visual arts class produce some fantastic pieces of art, some of which rotates through my office to showcase it. This class helps to provide support to a group of individuals who would otherwise struggle. Individuals gain confidence and are able to express themselves where normally they might not be able. Brilliant.

I visited the new sound proof musical studio and  met representatives of an art charity working with those who have mental health issues.

Finally, it was my pleasure to talk to a three man company called PrescriptionPR who specialise in promoting music groups. They have some well know groups on the books including .
