Cabinet – schemes we have just approved

Please note that these sums are indicative. they are likely to shift from study to doing things where ever possible.

S106 funding is secured to mitigate the impacts of new development – so it’s very much about trying to make the most efficient use of our network, and schemes include safety, junction improvements as well as new and improved cycle lanes. Given the finite capacity on the network, improvements proposed help to ensure the space is better used.

Encouraging people to shift mode to cycling, by providing better facilities not only helps improve health and well-being, this helps motorists too by reducing the amount of cars on the road.
