I was contacted by a resident who is involved in Speedwatch in his village. He wanted my views on how to combat excessive speed through his village.

I was astonished to hear that cars had been travelling up to 95mph!!! This is just not acceptable. Whilst this is a police and country council matter I was able to give him some pointers and ideas to explore. I asked to be kept informed and hope to help more in the future.
