Last year, at budget time, the Lib Dems led by Kilian Bourke declared they were against any investment in Northstowe. In fact removing that investment was their way of funding their “big ideas”.

All of a sudden, now we are getting close to actually building something at Northstowe, five Lib Dems and one ex Lib Dem have called in to scrutiny the issue of Northstowe.

Just because it is 5 Lib Dems and 1 ex Lib Dem that have called this in I have been assured this is not politically motivated!!!!!
