There is a Coronation Street Party planned to take place in Clare on 7th May.

Residents have expressed concerns that the WSC grass cutting schedule has no mention for Clare apart from the Country Park last week. This would obviously impact on the plan to play games during the afternoon and evening. The grass is too long to set up picnic blankets etc.

Marion Rushbrook has been on to the Landscapes team and has been assured that the large open space in Clare will be cut next week and the week prior to King Charles III’s coronation on Saturday 6 May 2023 (subject to the usual caveats – weather, etc).
