New cabinet – cross cutting portfolios

I was able to announce my new cabinet. This is exciting and full of promise but also a sad event as it means some excellent and hardworking individuals must leave the cabinet. I wanted a certain shape to the cabinet based on ability, energy, freshness, experience and team bonding. I have changed a number of the portfolios to be cross cutting rather than acting as a shadow to the management structure. I am hoping this will ensure the cabinet provide political leadership across the organisation.
