It is always great to support business. In this particular case it was supporting the very best of Cambridge.

I attended the Hauser Forum to welcome US and UK entrepreneurs and investors with the aim of promoting Cambridge Technologies. Lynn Gladden, Cambridge University’s Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research gave a great presentation on the merits of Cambridge and one of its universities. I was almost willing Lynn to mention our other fantastic institution the Anglia Ruskin University. Next time perhaps.

Lynn made an interesting comment on Cambridge University spin out companies and mentioned two in particular, the Cambridge University Press and Harvard University. And this was a long time ago!!!
